The Corporation was established in 2006, a non-profit organization, wholly owned by Jharkhand Government, a welfare oriented organisation for the weaker section of the society i.e., Scheduled Castes, in terms of its laid objective and also in terms with the National policy towards socio-economic and educational upliftment of the down-trodden and weaker sections of the society. It may not be an exaggeration of the facts that the corporation has acted as a strong bridge between its target groups (viz; Scheduled Castes) categories people of the society and the National Level Financial Institutes including the State and Central Government, for their upliftment and to make them self-reliant in earning their livelihood.

Composition of Board of Directors

The Corporation is governed by the Board of Directors with representative from State/Central Government, National level Financial & Development Corporations and non-official representative of target group to be constituted by the Jharkhand Government.
